This resort is a hidden gem, offering a peaceful stay surrounded by nature while still being close to local markets. The rooms are very clean and modern, and I really appreciated the daily shuttle service. My experience at the Fong Krabi Hotel was very disappointing. Despite booking well in advance, they claimed I had cancelled my reservation without any proof. The property was also far from the main attractions, noisy, and located in an industrial area. On the bright side, I discovered a better place nearby, which handles customer relations far more honourably, so it ended up being a blessing in disguise.
